TheresaTheresa DeMaio: My husband Steve and I recently retired and relocated from Baltimore to Florida. I work remotely from Florida processing insurance payments. I love my job! I am experienced in treatment planning, insurance billing, scheduling, and patient care coordination. I work closely with the doctors to make sure my patients receive the best possible care from start to finish. I am a fun loving positive person who boasts multi-tasking as one of my many talents! In my spare time I love to eat out and spend time with my friends and family.

JackiJacki Friedman: As the business manager my priority is your care and experience in our office. I understand that being in the dental chair can be a frightening and unpleasant experience and I want to make sure that we do our best to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

About me: I have a wonderful husband and two gorgeous boys (Zach 10 yrs and Anders 8 yrs) who take up most of my free time and keep me running! I love to read, exercise and spend time with my family. I am originally from South Africa and after college I moved to London to further my career. After three years in London I was recruited to Baltimore for a job, where I fell in love with the charm of the city and later met my husband. After we married in 2006 my husband convinced me to leave the world of commerce and come and help him run one of his dental practices. It was the best decision because I love love love my job!!

KristiKristi Hart: I graduated from Medix Towson in 2011 as a state certified Dental Assistant. Towson Smile Care (TSC) allowed me to complete my Medix practical work experience for my qualification in their office, and while working at TSC they offered me a full-time position. They also gave me the opportunity to join their orthodontic program and train under Dr. Ty Saini to become a qualified orthodontic assistant. I love my job and taking care of our patients. I am truly lucky to have found my calling. I have a gorgeous family with a fiancé and two young daughters who keep me busy. I enjoy hiking with my dog slinky, fishing and cooking.

KassieKassie Louloudis:  I am the Practice Manager and Treatment Co-ordinator at TSC.  I graduated in 2010 from Dundalk Community College with a dental assisting certification. I am HIPAA and CPR certified. Through the years of working in dental practices, I have found that my true love is working the front office; running the practice and treatment plan coordination with the doctors and patients.

I started working at Towson Smile Care in October 2011 and have found my home! I enjoy treating patients like I would my own family, and putting them at ease when they feel nervous. In December 2011 I married my best friend Nick. Nick has worked the past seven years with Johns Hopkins University as a surgical training technician. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and taking my dogs Bailey and Bane on hiking trails.

SabrinaSabrina Murphy, RDH: I am the senior hygienist at Towson Smile Care and I just LOVE LOVE LOVE what I do! In the office I am known as the Positivity Queen! I have been in the dental field for 40 years, 30 of those years as a hygienist. My patients are what keeps me loving what I do. When Dr. Brett Friedman purchased the practice from the previous doctor in December 2009, I decided to stay and become part of something great. I love to learn and grow professionally, so I continuously attend courses to stay informed on new technology and advances in hygiene. Outside of work, I have a wonderful non-verbal 21-year-old autistic son named Tyler. He keeps my life busy and filled with happiness:).

IrinaIrina Radchenko: I came to the United States from Ukraine in 1993 as a single mom seeking a better opportunity for me and my son. I am an expanded functions general and orthodontic assistant. I enjoy cooking, photography, travelling and spending time with my two grandchildren.

RebeccaRebecca Ball, RDH:  I graduated from The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2000 and have been practicing dental hygiene ever since. I thoroughly enjoy my career, the people I work with, and the people I get to take care of throughout my day.

KimberlyKimberly Miceli: I graduated from the University of Baltimore with my Master’s in High Technology Crime. I thought that was going to provide me with my dream job. I was completely wrong! I couldn't stand what I did. I sent my resume to Towson Smile Care and came in for a working interview. I loved everyone in the office! It feels like a second home. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, kickboxing and hanging out with my family.

AshleyAshley Popiolek, RDH: I graduated from Fortis College and have absolutely loved every second of being a dental hygienist. My priority is patient comfort; I treat my patients as I would want to be treated. I especially feel accomplished when I make people with previous negative dental experiences comfortable and motivated to receive care.

I am also passionate about educating every patient on proper home care techniques so they can obtain optimal oral health. I enjoy getting to know my patients as individuals and strive to provide them with high quality care. I am a huge dog lover and also a plant/gardening enthusiast. In my free time I am out exploring the Baltimore food scene and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

SamSam Pilachowski: I am fairly new at Towson Smile Care and I absolutely love it! I was petrified to join the team as I do not come from a dental background. During training I thought "How do I learn all of this?!" – but here I am a few months later doing this like I have been working here for quite some time! I love engaging with our patients here at the office and providing them with that "hospitality" feeling, whether it's on the phone or in person. In my spare time I work at Sue Island Grille and Crab house, and I love to spend time with my wonderful family. I am enjoying this new journey at TSC and am excited to see what the future holds for me here.

BrandyBrandy Hamilton: After graduating in 2014 from Towson High School, I began my college career befuddled as a biology major at Stevenson University. Once completing my freshman year at Stevenson I transferred to Towson University in order to finish my biology career. I am eager to graduate and finish my studies!

I’m a pizza enthusiast. I’m originally from Brooklyn, New York so I love everything named pizza. I regularly travel back and forth between Baltimore and New York because my dad lives there. Working in a dental office has been extremely different and out of my comfort zone. However, I am surrounded by so many people that I love and have learned to become comfortable with. I appreciate my staff for being patient with me in everything that I do. I would not give up my position here for anything. I love working here at Towson Smile Care.
